RWH is able to make these homes affordable by partnering with vendors who have worked with the award-winner builder for years, negotiating best prices, and bundling those offerings to the customer. By focusing on plan development, RWH is able to secure high-quality products at low prices from its vendor-partners, and build in a manner that controls costs, which enables them to pass that savings on to the customer.
The Craftsman division will satisfy demands for eco-friendly energy and land usage as Randy Wise Homes continues thinking and building green. Craftsman homes are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly and are EarthCents certified.
