Everyone from our wonderful project manager to our realtor, to the contractor and all of the subcontractors, were an amazing team! Throughout the process we of course had questions, I have been in the construction industry for many years and my wife knew what she wanted. So, when we had a concern not only were we treated with respect but honesty and understanding. In today’s world building a house is stressful. The team at Randy Wise not only met but exceeded any expectations that should reasonably be set for them!
Our pre-drywall inspection was scheduled and executed promptly. When I had requests for changes or additions during the meeting, not only were they addressed but I was given assurance that it wouldn’t be an issue. I was not able to attend the next walk-through but they did send a form for me to sign so my wife could take my place and approve or deny in my name. This, I found was one of the most professional things. It not only showed forethought but also an understanding of their customers and their need for reassurance that every step of the process will be handled professionally. I had a chance to see several different points of progress and I was continually impressed with how efficient the whole process was.
At our final walk-through prior to move in. The team walked us through the home showed us every switch, button, cabinet, and appliance, and made sure that we were comfortable in our beautiful new home! Additionally, when more termite damage was detected, we were able to have your crews perform those repairs from beginning to end.
