Living in the Florida panhandle allows at least three seasons of outdoor living. Residents of St. Andrews Village, Jack and Kim Leonard, decided four seasons of outdoor living would be even better! Rather than move from their beautiful and conveniently located home on the 10th fairway of The Raven course, these golf enthusiasts decided to extend the roofline of their home to enclose their patio into a functioning screened outdoor living area built by the Randy Wise Homes, Remodeling Division.
