Today, the land is leveled and ready for building – but after today’s decision from the Okaloosa County Commission, residential construction can start soon.

The homes, which will be built across from the Golf Clubhouse in the heart of Bluewater Bay will price between $700k and $900k. The smallest of the homes will span 2,141 square feet and the largest will span 4,629 square feet.

All told, the development will cover roughly 12.83 acres. Amenities included are access to the clubhouse, fishing areas, golf, the marina, open space, a playground, pool and walking trails.
