Randy Wise Homes Remodeling is proud to partner with the Children’s Advocacy Center as they expand their Niceville facility

Randy Wise Homes Remodeling is proud to partner with the Children’s Advocacy Center as they expand their Niceville facility to continue their mission to help children in Okaloosa and Walton counties that have been abused, neglected or assaulted. We have recently broken ground on the parking lot expansion and the 2 story addition.
This building was a labor of love for Randy Wise Homes 22 years ago and it was the flagship for the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center organization at the time. It has been a shining light of hope and support in our community for several years. In July of 2022, the center went through a fire and flood crisis. Not only did we, at Randy Wise Homes, consider it an honor when we received the call to help, but felt as if it was our duty. This was a critical time, as many of our community’s child protectors were displaced and it was crucial we get them back in this building as quickly as possible.
Given the structure was 22 years old, many service areas needed updating. As a result of this redesign and renovation, all bathrooms were modernized with most fixtures made to be hands-free. The kitchen was completely renovated to add features such as double ovens and an ice maker. A modern and functional medical exam room was added, and all play therapy rooms were renovated. We added higher security measures and protection and upgraded all lighting to LED. All drywall, trim, paint, and flooring were reworked throughout. The front entry was modified along with cosmetic changes to the elevation and landscaping.  Learn more about the CAC and how you can support their mission here ➡ https://www.eccac.org/
