Join Us For BBQ Fundraiser to Support JD Cannon’s Medical Fund – June 17th
Please join us for a Barbecue Fundraiser for JD Cannon & Family. June 17 Friday 11 AM to 2 PM. To go plates $7 each. Includes pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw, chips, & cookie. As most of you know, one of our remodeling superintendents, Steve Cannon, has a son who was in an extremely serious car accident last year. Although JD has made miraculous strides over the last several months, he has quite a mountain to scale both physically and financially. JD can no longer walk and needs a specialized vehicle in order to meet all of the many appointments necessary to help him to improve his health along with establishing a sense of independence again. This …will also be a huge help in many ways for both Steve and Brenda who are his primary caretakers. As any parent will agree, the welfare and happiness of our children is of the utmost importance.
The Cannon family has been snowed under with doctors’ bills, insurance red tape, trying to find the proper care and the people who can actually meet the needs for JD. And while dealing with all of this, they are also challenged with finding adequate transportation for him….
As part of their Randy Wise Homes family, we want to do our small part in making a new vehicle a reality. We are hosting a fundraiser on Friday, June 17th and hope you will show your support by joining us. We will be selling barbeque lunches for $7, and of course any other donation you would like to contribute!
